Balance those Atoms!!

We all remember this giant table. Let’s revise this a little. ( I promise this all will start making sense, soon!)

Carbon is the 6th element of the periodic table and is a very stable element and can be found both by itself and in naturally occurring compounds.

Carbon when combines with two atoms of oxygen form carbon dioxide. ( Which is not harmful unless present in high concentration)

Carbon, when combines with an atom of oxygen, form carbon monoxide. (Highly Poisonous)

So, the moral of the story is, Carbon is “Atmanirbhar”, that is, self – dependent.

In the current situation and otherwise, we all need to be like Carbon and not like sharmaji ka beta.

We need to be self- dependent and not make our existence dependent on someone else.

It’s always good to bond, but you need to choose your atoms wisely. And once you bond, you need to be aware of its concentration in your life. Make (balanced) bonds!

As humans we believe we need someone in our life to fill a void, we are always looking for validations. But this needs to stop! We stop being our true self because different energies around us keep messing with our vibes.

When you will be able to hear your voice in the crowd, start looking for constructive feedback rather than validations, you will make yourself, strong and independent. Once you are self – reliant, you will make healthy relationships which are built on mutual values and interest.

I see a lot of people asking questions like – “How do I stop comparing myself with someone else?” or “How do I stop getting insecure?”

The answer to all this is self-dependence.

  • Understand that every person has its journey. You may be sailing in the same sea but not in the same boat.
  • Everyone has flaws. The only difference is the acceptance of these flaws
  • Celebrate your wins, even the small ones. Wins give you the confidence to conquer the world

A self-dependent human leads a successful life, and develop strong relations. He is the director, producer and hero of his film.

” Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world”
