I was born in an era where saving planet meant being part of the “Captain Planet” team

I was born in an era where horror shows were defined by “Aahat” and “Courage the cowardly Dog”

I was born in an era where kids witnessed the invention of cell phone, and the first ones who played “snakes” on their phones

I was born in an era where everything on television started from the letter “K”

I was born in an era where we envied the life of a cartoon character, be it “Noddy” who had a car and a girlfriend, or “Bob the Builder” who had the coolest colleagues

I was born in an era where psychic and wizards were defined by “That’s so Raven” and “Wizard of Waverly Place”

I was born in an era where definition of comedy was “Dekh bhai Dekh” and “Small wonder”

I was born in an era where real struggle was detangling the landline wire and tape fixing

I was born in an era where coolness was defined by the number of “Tazos and Pokemon stickers”

I was born in an era where video games meant “Mario”, “contra”, “Pinball”, “Solitaire”, and “Grand theft auto”

I was born in an era where school meant “milton bottles” and “pen fights”

I was born in an era where “Disco light shoes” were more famous than the “Discos” themselves

I was born in an era where 5Pm meant, going out with friends and playing “Pithu”, “Stapu” and “Ice and water”

I was born in an era where “Srk” was the only romantic hero we had and there was only one “Khiladi Kumar”

I was born in an era where at the age of 18, shushmita sen, won “Miss India” and “Miss Universe”

I was born in an era where getting your work done in that 1 min break was your “Big Boss” task

Well, I was born in an era which now would make you feel a little old, a little weird and a little nostalgic!! An era defined by F.R.I.E.N.D.S, an era defined by Tinkle, Billo, Chacha Chaudhary , an era defined by singers like “alisha chenoy” and “lucky ali”.

I was born in an era which defined cool and classiness!!
